The digistruct sword that Zer0 uses was just too amazing, so I had to make it. It's lit up with LED ribbon, connected to a 9v battery.

Materials used:
- Wood: MDF, Basswood
- Blue Acrylic
- Blue LED ribbon, toggle switch, battery snap, 9v battery

Thank you! I just ordered a roll of LED ribbon from Amazon. I believe it was by LED Wholesalers. Around $15.

Any chance you could give out the dimensions of the blade and handle? (individually)

How long did it take you to build it? looks damn epic, i would definitely want to try and make my own. Also, for the helmet, you should get some semi-thin plastic for the visor, and a morph suit mask or something for the rest.

I think it took around 25 hours or so, over the course of a few months. I'm going to try vacuum-forming some thin plastic for the visor (once I get motivation, haha). Thanks!

This is really cool! I am thinking about cosplaying as Zero, but I am having trouble coming up with ideas on just how I am going to make the helmet. Any suggestions?
